We Were Wondering About Getting Baptized -- What Should We Do?

 The Rector will be glad to meet with you to discuss the reasons for Christian Baptism, the duties of parents and godparents, and the details of the Service.

In the mean-time, the following points might be helpful:

  -Unless it is an emergency, all baptisms are held in the Church or Chapel during one of  the Sunday Services.
  -Godparents must be baptized persons and able to make the promises required.
  -The promises you make are serious and have eternal implications; and it is necessary that, in seeking Holy Baptism, you also plan to come to Church so that you or your child might grow in the faith hope and charity of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
